"A great onsen within the hotel. We stayed in a twin beds room which gave us slightly more space than a double bed. All sorts of extras; toothbrush, razor, slippers, hairbands. The only negative was the pool wasn't open."

"This hotel was so beautiful. It was one of four I stayed at when visiting Japan. Right across the street is the Yakohoma Art Museum and then a 4 minute walk there’s a huge shopping center in the landmark tower where you can take a super fast elevator to the top floor to view Japan. There’s so many restaurant options and shopping. I loved staying at this hotel. There was also a delicious restaurant in the hotel that we dined at. It was Japanese take on Italian. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a pool. We loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"It's a great hotel. Our room had a private hot spring tub with a view of the river. Convenient location with short walk to tram which connects to "Ropeway" cable cars. The restaurant is excellent."
