"Breakfast menu is static could cross the three days we were there but always well stocked. Staff super friendly. Room clean AC cold. Couldn’t ask for more guy what I paid for."

"The stay was good. I liked the location as it’s close to everywhere I needed to be. I could hear TVs and music from other rooms which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker."

"I checked in around midnight and left around 9am so there wasn't much interaction. But the property was very clean and almost everything you need is within walking or a very short drive."

"They didn't have the room we booked for our family. They put us in two separate rooms that they claimed we're adjoining, but they were not. This was less than ideal for a family with children. The carpet smelled bad, the tub faucet dripped and the outlet on the lamp by the bed was loose and didn't keep the plug in. The other outlet on the table must not have worked because my tablet didn't charge overnight. I asked for maid service so I could have clean towels each morning, but didn't get them. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. Then I had to stand in front of the clerk at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a phone call. I was taught in customer service that the customer in front of you takes precedence over the one on the phone. The service industry is in dire need of change. This hotel will definitely NOT be my first choice in the future."

"The room was clean as the hotel is currently under some updates. The Hotels.com listing for this property says it has a hot tub/spa but upon checking in, when asked, was told that the tub was removed, like many others of this chain, during the COVID stuff. We also saw/killed dozens of small ants that were all over the desk/table in the room. The remaining pool was almost unbearably cold."
