Took us over an hour to get on the only working elevator to get up to our room after driving 15 hours to get to Circus Circus, along with a massive line of other people also trying to get up to their rooms. Automated kiosks for checking in and getting a room, with noone to talk to! Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!"

Huge plus! They even tossed in some credits for the bars, which we burned through happily. Service everywhere was spot-on: bartenders quick and chill, pool crew on point too. The pool? Crystal clear, perfect temp, and we lounged all day without issues. Room was massive—just like we asked for. Daily housekeeping kept it fresh. And the best? That free Zoox ride thing—they shuttle you around the Strip in these cool robotaxis, no cost. Saved us tons of time and cash hopping between spots. Overall, solid luxury without the hassle. Would definitely go back."

"I was on the 23rd floor with a “view “ of the back of another hotel , room smelled like stale urine as soon as we got off the elavator , room was even worse , room just felt dusty and dirty , downstairs shop area was beautiful and clean just not the halls or actual room , parking was 26$ plus 10$ every time we left and came back (2x ) overall I get that it was Vegas but cmon not to mention the time share tactics they try to pull from the second we checked in they chased us down to offer free gifts “ never got or the free dinner , the actual front desk people were nice and polite , it’s alright overall just don’t expect too much , definitely paying more for a nicer hotel nextime "
