"I do have to say that that was not my first time at this hotel and we always enjoyed going to that hotel. I didn’t even look for another hotel but it was very disappointing extremely so… if you want your room cleaned, you have to ask for it otherwise no clean towels no clean linens they gave us a room that the phone did not work. The shower didn’t work. They put us in another room and we had other issues to deal with.. . I cannot rate the casino since I did not go. The breakfast in the restaurant was not bad. I can go on and on and on, but I rather not all I know is it was not the same experience which I expected and not the same experience as I was used to at this hotel. . But I do have to say the hotel manager was very nice and very helpful !!!"
