"The hotel itself was really nice and clean, but unfortunately, the food and drinks were not the best at all. I would rate both about a 4/10. The prices during the summer are also outrageous, especially considering that the resort is not all-inclusive. As for the spa, I would give the overall experience a 5/10. The pool area is extremely small for the amount of guests they accommodate. They also give you about 2 hours to enjoy and explore the amenities, which felt very limited considering the price. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and clean, but the food, drinks, spa experience, and pricing could definitely be improved."

"I stayed in the South tower. I love my room but I think they needed to vacuum and deep clean those rugs. I kept sneezing all the time. I booked two rooms and requested a conjoining room and they fulfilled my request. So I was very excited about that. Overall me and my family had an amazing time."

"Windows were pretty dirty but the beach view was pretty. Room was missing coffee machine or kettle (despite there being coffee and cups on the side) I asked for help but it never arrived. Also had to wait a while to get my stuff being held by the bellhop after checkout and despite a REALLY lovely woman on the front desk calling people multiple times, it took a while to be sorted. But great hotel and great location apart from that"

"Excellent location and very clean . Host was wonderful , communicative . The aircon unit in one room was having trouble and they immediately took care of it by bringing a new one . Check out was very easy and didn’t require a long list of to do’s . Highly recommend if you are looking for something close to the beach with smooth booking ."
