After spending our trip touring so many historic sites, actually getting to stay in a real castle was something special—it truly brought everything to life for us.The property was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all of us, and it had such a unique charm you just can’t replicate anywhere else. "I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "

"Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung! Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Location ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ein guter Startpunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen, auch das Klima im Haus war sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert! Wir haben die Zeit am Lough Ree sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"
