"Unfortunately it took a while to understand how the heat for the showers worked. Also towels were only replaced once during the week and we had to wash our own towels at the laundry facilities. "

"Great hotel, perfect location. Staff were very friendly. A little slow checking in but think it was just because everyone arrived at once.
Pool was fun, jacuzzi couldve been warmer.
