"We were visiting Filoli a few miles away and booked this inexpensive hotel. I settled on it, because of the high customer ratings. My partner and I were very pleased with the accommodation and the staff. The establishment is getting an entire makeover, and everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it, and stay there again. By the way, I normally stay at Marriott! "

A maintenance worker was sent who spent a very long time going through several remote controls and battery changes until he finally fixed the problem.
