"We stayed here since we had a very early flight scheduled. The a hotel was nice and clean and room spacious. Comfortable bed and large shower. It delivered as advertised. They offer a bus to take one to airport. It’s 15 minutes away. Bus runs about every two hours from what we were told. The lobby has a Restaurant was convenient and prices were reasonable. They open til 11:00 PM too. That was convenient."

"We were very happy with our choice to stay at the Eternity. The front desk staff especially George, Peter and Ernesto were outstanding! Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the property was spotless."

"Initially, I was going to give this place 3/5 stars because when we first checked-in we were giving 2 single beds combined to make a "queen" along with a not so comfortable sofa bed that isn't really a sofa. Additionally, a lot of items had to be requested multiple times because they were not initially provided/bottles were almost empty: body wash and shampoo. However, after I complained to the front desk about my room and how I had to call front desk multiple times to get the items I needed. One of the night front desk staff listened to my concerns and immediately provided me with reassurance that they will get us a new room with said beds and items. He appreciated that we vocied out our concerns. He directed us to the manager, to make sure things were understood well after his shift. Eventually, we got an upgraded room to a King, the items I requested, an actual extra bed, 50% off at their restaurant, and great customer service. My family wished they were the ones that greeted us on the day we checked-in and not the receptionist that appeared judgemental. I am glad that although the hotel was fully booked, they were able to redeem themselves and provide us with the service we paid for"
