"We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Positives: - Walking distance to Mediterraneo hospital (we were there for surgery)- Close to metro station (10-15 minute walk), which gave convenient access to tourist areas in Athens. Also to airport if wanted.- Glyfada and this neighborhood feels safe. - Light / bright / airy space- Elevator to get up to the space if needed- Patio overlooks Glyfada and in the distance you can see the ocean. "Nice apartment on the inside. HOWEVER, air conditioning barely works when weather in Athens is very warm and the hot water is spotty. This is an apartment in an old building with difficult parking around and self check-in/out. The pricing is absolutely unreasonable for the place and the lack of AC/hot water. Not only this, but the place denies such issues. Unacceptable. "
