"Front desk person was not friendly when we arrived. Requested early check-in, which seemed to annoy her even though I explained I know I’m early and it’s not automatic. She said she would call when room was ready and of course I waited till 330 showed up to ask if it was ready and they said they called me but they never did. Also, I upgraded to a water View room luckily we did not bring our dog because when I finally checked in, they said no dogs allowed and there was only one room left...

"The king sized ocean view was good. Elevator was great. We are elderly. Walking to the water was a little trying for us . Enjoy the two decks for viewing and having a cocktail . We were a little disappointed in the on site restaurant . Outside furniture pads need ti be replaced. Rooms could use update . Location was excellent."

"The pool was drained, Firepit did not work. Within the room the smell of dog urine, no body soap, dirty table and the broken phone did not help matters not to mention the potential safety issue that could have. Horrible wifi, Mold in the tub and hair clogging the tub rounded out the stay. Paid alot of money to stay here and could not even use the fire pit. The location was great and the staff was helpful that was the positive about the stay."

"The continental breakfast was extremely limited. Not even worth going. We went out for breakfast instead. Other than that issue, the room was great, large, clean. Location was great."

"Ocean is really on partial when sitting on balcony. The fireplace is a nice touch. Lobby was closed for checking in and no one was there for checking out. "

"Although the property is clean and the staff was great, the room was disappointing because it had minimum lighting, which was difficult to see. Also, the room could have used at least a chair or table. Finally, there were an influx of ants in the room, and when I brought that up to the staff member, she replied that it’s all over the property. I have been to many many motels and hotels, and no, there are no ants that should be in the rooms."

"Communication from staff before we arrived was good. Easy late check-in. Nice location."
