"Honestly the only problem my wife and I found was that when I scanned the QR code in the elevator and pulled up the menu it said there would be omlets available for breakfast. Every morning when we went down there were no omlets so that was disappointing."

"We always stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort when we are visiting Universal Studios. Tonan on reception was lovely and we had the added bonus of our room being ready when we checked in at 7am. We took advantage of the pool and also had drinks and snacks in the American bar. This hotel is highly recommended."
