"Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family."

"Great location, outlet stores and souvenir shops at walking distance. Transportation to Universal was crowded but you can either walk 20 minutes or take an uber for less than $10."

"Front desk staff is ALWAYS amazing! Check-in is super easy! They are SO close to Universal! Whenever I drive up for a short one night stay, this is my choice hotel! Absolutely love how friendly they are! On my last visit during check-in he recognized me from a previous stay. That definitely made me feel welcomed. They actually pay attention to their guests. I have no complaints and WILL return!"
