"The property was in excellent condition and excellent location on the riverfront and easy walk to Michigan Ave shops and restaurants. The only downside is that this whole area is extremely loud well past 3am(loud motorcyclists, cars revving and loud music from passing cars). It was impossible to sleep much, even though the room was new, fresh, and clean. If you're used to city noise, you'll love it!"

"Our room was directly next to the elevators and it was very noisy all night long. The AC would not go below a certain temperature and it was very warm in the room all night no matter how low the temperature was placed. The room was very small and did not provide a lot of comfort. "

"Nice hotel but directions to get there definitely need improved! Had so much trouble finding the main entrance and parking. They should notify people that it’s right next to the Wolf Point Plaza parking. My Google Maps and Apple Maps kept me going around in circles. Breakfast bar was terrible. Hot food was cold, bread was stale. They did give me a break on pan parking because of that. Rooms were ok, workout facility nice. Location was nice, we were able to walk to magnificent mile and navy pier."

"Great location, nice room, friendly staff. Dissapointed that the hotel bar was closed Sunday. We went next door for breakfast as much better priced for same fare."
