"This is not a great hotel to say the least. The room was dirty, rusty and moldy and had cracks in the wood. We booked 4 night and left after the first one. Breakfast was dull and the gym is very basic. Wouldn’t recommend at all."

"يستاهل وموقعه ممتاز"

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Great hotel with excellent service"

"The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. "The location is beautiful and the view is amazing however the rooms were extremely dirty and the reception staff didn’t even want to say hello when we first arrived. We had another group of friends who also stayed at the property and reported that the staff were quite rude."

"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."

"I was on foot so about 15 minute walk from Station with no straight path not great. If staying for Como the last train out is 10pm & taxis expensive. Hotel is fine, with a big car park so good if on driving tour of area."

"Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."
