"Newer property in Aso. Nicely maintained. Close to the train station, and a market is next to that. Staff extremely helpful. Some limited parking."

"Outdated room with poor lighting."

"Just beware that the north wing room has no air conditioning and it does get very hot at night. Otherwise, the hotel is good overall."

"Gut"

"During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell."

"Roomy, self-contained cabin in the hills above Kurakawa Onsen with private spring-fed bath. Great base for exploring the Aso-Kuju region."
