However we had an issue with the cleaniness and overall maintenance. The bathroom needs urgent maintenance, since the shower head is broken and it almost comes off the wall. We stayed 4 nights. "My family and I enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful, brand-new villa, which features a spectacular view of Zeus mountain and the checkered olive groves and vineyards surrounding it. There are lovely walks along country lanes, and a village with a supermarket, two trendy cafes, and a butcher’s shop just 5 minutes’ walk away. Beautiful beaches are just 15-20 minutes’ drive away, along with all the shops and restaurants of Heraklion. Yannis and his wife are very friendly and responsive hosts....
