"Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist. We chose a room without a window because we spent all day out exploring and basically only used it to sleep, so that wasn’t an issue for us. The staff is friendly, but the hotel is definitely missing a few details. Compared to the Moxy in NYC, the NYC location is superior so far."

"The room was clean and spacious. Though I arrived two hours before check in they were able to find a room that was available immediately for me to settle in, which was great I stayed on the third floor facing the Main Street and found it to be very quiet and peaceful at night. The linens were nice, the bed was comfy, and the towel warming rack in the bathroom worked really well. The team was super friendly and helpful, and I loved how close the hotel was to Kensington Gardens! It made for a perfect morning walk."
