Guests & Quiet Hours

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Only registered overnight guests are permitted unless approved by the host.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to sunrise. Please keep noise and music low out of respect for our neighbors.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Smoking & Pets

Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No cats or other pets.
A pet fee of $50 per dog, per stay applies and must be included in your reservation.
Dogs must be house-trained and supervised. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the cabin unless securely crated.
Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.
Please clean up after your dogs and dispose of pet waste properly.
Dogs must be leashed outdoors

Property Care

Please treat the cabin, furnishings, and amenities with care and report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
Please do not move or disassemble furniture or appliances.
Guests may be responsible for documented damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use, subject to Airbnb`s policies.
The property is for residential lodging only. No commercial activities, events, or subletting.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Trash & Wildlife

To avoid attracting wildlife, please do not leave trash bags or loose garbage outside the cabin.
The designated outdoor dumpster is available for your use during your stay just beyond the gazebo. Please ensure the lid is securely closed.
