Cabin 14 is a cozy cabin for all to enjoy in any season.
Located in Saybrook, OH, Cabin 14 is just minutes away from Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ashtabula, SPIRE Institute, and the famous Geneva wineries to enjoy the area as much or as little as you like.
Enjoy the whole area year-round including winery tours, hiking or walking trails, Covered Bridge driving tour, and pop-up holiday shops and bar crawls.

Cabin 14 includes all the amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as staying in your own home.
The main floor includes a king bedroom and adjoining twin bunkbeds, full kitchen and basics, living room and full bath. Upstairs is a large space with queen bed. 2 TVs and Wi-Fi complete your relaxing experience.

The front porch with glider and rocking chair is a great spot for enjoying coffee or wine with a view of Lake Erie. If you want to get a closer view, take some chairs out of the shed and walk down to the lake, just 90 paces from the front door.

**Now Pet Friendly: We are pet-lovers and know that you would prefer to bring your furry friend along with you. We've provided a pet bed, a bowl, and waste bags for your convenience.

**Cabins on the Lake is expanding! There is ongoing construction on the homes across the road from Cabin 14. You may hear construction noises from the cabin. Expected completion of 2025.

The only area that's limited is the front loft. For your safety, please do not go up in the front loft.
For your safety, the front loft is off-limits. Do not remove the ladder from the wall or climb into the front loft.

No Smoking inside the cabin. A $500 fee will be charged via AirBNB if smoking is detected inside the cabin. You may smoke outside on the porch IF the doors and windows are completely closed, and anywhere on the Cabins on the Lake property.

Any activity resulting in complaints from other residents or Police involvement will result in your prompt removal from the property.
