"I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the past. I was highly impressed with the evening staff. The young man working the front desk was extremely knowledgeable of the area and gave clear and concise directions to another guest of where to find a nice place to eat. He was professional, and courteous during the entire check in process. He thoroughly explained the entire stay (from elevator and room location to breakfast hours and check out process) clearly. The next morning I meet another employee by the name of Suzette who was just as professional as the young man the evening before. The Housekeeping staff were also friendly and professional as well. I must say that in all of my travels this hotel has the right staff members in the right positions. Which created an obvious continuity that is very apparent. KUDOS!!!"

"The best hotel breakfast on the planet. The dinner establishment did a great job the night before. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is enormous, so some of the finishing touches of paint and scrapes on door trims are easily overlooked. The rooms are a bit pricey, but the breakfast makes it worthwhile."

"Great stay, staff was there when needed and hotel was clean. Really cool deco and lighting at night .. if you pay attention to the tiny details like myself. Wish I had gone up to rooftop at night, but was a long day and I fell asleep easily. Will be back again and again .. until things change. Let’s hope they stay the same or better! Thanks Graduate "

"I loved that they had a variety of breakfasts and 24/7 access to coffee and tea, and amenities for them. The bed was extremely comfortable! Best I've ever experienced! I also liked that they had shelving under the bathroom sink I could put things that I would need in the bathroom. I liked they had a thermostat on the wall to control the A/C by temp too. I could go on but I'll stop. "
