"Enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in May. The location of the apartment cannot be beat. We were within walking distance to Harvard and MIT. Short and easy public transportation to downtown and back bay. Evening stroll to Charles River was pleasant. The apartment has all we needed. We didn't cook because there are many good food options in the neighborhood. The apartment is clean and quiet. Fast internet for our work needs. Would recommend."

"This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. "We came for my graduation and everything was awesome. Driving to the inner city can be chaotic. This was just close enough where we could enjoy the piece and quiet at the end of the day, while still being close to where wr needed to be. Everything was clean and beautiful. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it. You will not regret it."

"The entire downstairs of the house is at your disposal. Super modern, clean, all amenities available. The host, Jennifer, is charming and pleasant and super helpful. The only "issue" (and I state this in very slight terms) was gaining access with the touch lock...didnt know exactly how to use it and had to disturb the host to show us (late arrival). Definitely would stay here again !!!"

"This is a very cute little apartment that worked perfectly for 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 teens. It is conveniently located and very welcoming. When visiting family in Boston, we will most definitely attempt to book again!"

"We attended a wedding and stayed in this place. The house is big and has 5 bedrooms with multiple beds which serves us well because we were 12 people. The rooms are located upstairs and basement with stairs that can be steep for older people. There were plenty of pillows and towels you can use. Location of the house was very quiet. Jenny Vu was easy to talked to and was very responsive."

This listing is inaccurate as there was not a hot tub as stated, also not sure how it can be newly renovated when we were hit with a strong mold smell the minute we walked in, which they must be aware of as a bottle of air freshener was sitting in the living room. "Excellent location but apartment was not clean, floors were dirty, bathtub was dirty, no coffee maker or basic things at every VRBO I've stayed in, such as salt, pepper, sugar. My 22 month old granddaughter found a piece of glass on the bathroom floor, and I later found another piece near the front door, which I left on the desk. Would not recommend staying here."
