"Reception staff were lovely, especially the lady who checked us in. The food was okay (wouldn’t eat here again though) and the room was really comfortable, lovely bed. However the bathroom was very dated and not that clean. We were here for an event so just needed somewhere to sleep and this was perfect for what we needed, definitely could do with modernising though for a 4 star hotel; especially the bathrooms."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned daily and temperature was perfect. The bar next door is open till 11 pm and always had a good vibe. Excellent hotel!"

"Check-in and check-out at reception were very smooth. The room was very clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The hotel is also very close to the station, which made it very convenient. I felt it was an ideal place to stay for a business trip."
