  • New lake-level cottage built in 2021 on Lake Huron, sitting on a double lot with over an acre of private space. Only 5 stairs to access deck/cottage, no other stairs required to access property or beach as you can just drive down. Multiple spots for parking including side lot available. Lots of green space for kids to play, private beach and lots of privacy. Only 3 minute drive to Port Albert General Store/LCBO and Pub. Within 15 minutes of Walmart, Canadian Tire in Goderich ON.
