"We had a great time as a family staying in the family deluxe suite. We used the pool facilities on both days of our stay. The splash time hours were really good so it allowed us to explore the area but still use the facilities. Breakfast- good selection kids had plenty to choose from. Overall great hotel and we will definitely be back next year same week as it was great location for access to the NEC"

"The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either.."

"My go to now when working away in the area. Great price during the week with a great breakfast and full use of the gym, pool, sauna etc. Wouod definitely recommend "
