"Tranquil location, lovely setting looking out to the river Avon and fields on one side. The property was clean,comfortable and well equipped. The site was beautifully kept, with an area for dog walkers and a boat slip if you wished to take to the waters. Very close to Stratford upon Avon for sightseeing and days out. There were things to do on site, with a restaurant or as I did, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"We had a lovely stay at the Garden Barn. Everything was made for us to feel welcome, and Jackie was welcoming on our arrival. We had everything we needed and the boys loved the trampoline, rather than football we brought! The walk around to the pub was ideal for our last night, and there were so many dog walking routes we took each day in the area"

"I would like to commend the front desk staff member (Young Gentlemen) who checked me in on 19 July 2025 at 1:30 PM. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. A big thumbs up to him for a job well done. I will definitely recommend Genting Hotel Resort World Birmingham to my friends and fellow travellers. "
