"Extremely nice modern hotel with excellent staff. Hotel is in great condition and our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was very busy by 9am on Sunday morning. Had to queue for 5/10 minutes for a table and unfortunately it was right next to the kitchen and food counter so not as peaceful as the rest of our stay. Would recommend this hotel "

"Nice sized, clean room. Self service check in, with helpful staff on hand to assist. Great location, just to the side of a retail estate, so very easy to find and shops a short walk if you need to grab some food/ clothes. Unfortunately we arrived after 7m so my daughter wasn't allowed in the pool, but it was a peaceful nights sleep"

"Booked into this hotel well my wife needed to be close while I had an operation in Royal Stoke hospital. Add a number of setbacks with timing and the staff here were excellent at rearranging nights I couldn't compliment them more on how they looked after my wife while I was in hospital. Even to the extent that after the event when my son had accidentally parked his car in the car park not knowing that he needed to register it they were good enough to resind the parking fine. Even on the day that I left hospital they let my wife come back and have a breakfast which she had missed earlier in the day"

"I was allocated a room which was really small, noisy from the lifts going up and down for two nights. I went to the front desk with my complain, thanks to CARRIE for changing me to another room which was big, clean, quiet and really beautiful. I even added another night stay because I felt so happy. Carrie keep it up you are the best. All the way from the USA you treated me the best. The breakfast is really good. Juliet USA"

"We had a very pleasant stay at The Beeches. The staff were helpful and the facilities exactly as advertised. I would recommend the restaurant and bar - both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Dinner especially, featured unusual dishes, good sized portions all beautifully presented. Our suite was clean,if slightly worn around the edges. Bathroom well equipped. Our only issue was that the mattress on the superkingsize bed was very very firm. Too firm for our liking. In contrast the second bed (sofa bed) was soft and a bit lumpy. Would recommend this as a place to stay with easy access (by bus or taxi) to the city centre. Close to the river and parks. "
