"A surprisingly wonderful stay. The hotel was very quiet despite being so close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a great variety"

"This is a beautiful hotel, helpful people, clean, and in an excellent location for visiting London. We stayed in the snug, which is appropriately named as there is no place to open your suitcase. You literally walk in and you have a bathroom to the right and pretty much about a few steps and your at the bed. Ido not recommended this particular room. I do recommend the hotel."

"Freundliches Personal. Komfortables Zimmer. Gutes Fitnessstudio. Schöne Auswahl beim Frühstück. Günstige Lage in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. In puncto Ästhetik und Service sind noch einige Verbesserungen nötig. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Den vollen Preis würde ich allerdings nicht bezahlen – dank des Online-Rabattes hat es sich gelohnt."

"The staff were helpful at check in. We received a handicapped room. They told as that was the room we booked. I attribute that to Expedia. Expedia advertised the room as an upgrade - for a little more get a king sized bed. It was unclear that the room was handicapped. Very convenient to Heathrow, especially if you fly out of Terminal 4."

"The check in was fast and informative. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day of our stay. Visited the bar one night for some food and drinks with great service from staff. I recommend this hotel if travelling through Heathrow. It was convenient to catch the Underground for a day visit to central London."
