"The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised.
