"Beautiful location but room and bathroom looked dated and in need of renovation. Our room was spacious but the space was wasted as no comfortable chairs were provided and only a very small desk. Breakfast was ok but set in a very large and half empty room. The whole experience was very bland."

Windows opened easily but no screens, and fans tucked in the cupboard worked in one of the rooms but the other room had only 1...

"Great stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the room was packed with amenities. It's about a 10 minute walk from the tube but we found it to be easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. What a gem!"
