"The apartment is large, but dated furnishings, bathroom, and kitchen. It's on the third floor with no elevator so beware.The reason for 2 stars is lots of bugs (we think ticks) were found on our second day there. Not yet sure if either of us was bitten but there were a lot crawling on the floor, espcially the bedroom. We killed 20.The water in the shower was warm but not hot. It was tolerable but would not be okay during cold weather (temperature was around 70F/22C while were there).Other...

"Great location, near the Lorelei. Quiet area, clean rooms, great dining options. We stayed in the villa and our corner room overlooking the Rhine was a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately would stay there again."

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Unglaublich freundlicher Empfang, ansprechend modernisierte Zimmer, sehr gut im Restaurant gegessen- wir kommen definitiv wieder! Wir sind aufs Feinheit gestoßen, weil wir geschockt waren von den unglaublich veralteten - aber dafür sauteuren- Hotels im Rheintal. Und dann haben wir mit dem Feinheit ein Kleinod gefunden. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!"
