We spent two nights at the hotel and the overall feeling is good. Comfy beds, good view from the room balcony and a decent breakfast buffet in the morning. Location is a bit off from the city but there is a bus available. Nice outside bar area

On a hill above the city with great views and only 14 minutes to central area. Seemed to cater to German tourists vs international. Nice beer garden and Greek restaurant very close by so you can take a respite from the hubbub below.

Location and surroundings are stunning. Hotel clean and buffet breakfast was fantastic. Building and rooms/decor are showing their age . Peeling paint, worn carpets and half the hotel has been closed off/abandoned meaning no spa facilities.

This hotel is rather worn-out, evidenced by the many stains in the carpets and the old-fashioned and rather depressing interiors. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really bad, as it lacked true freshness and a sense of care.

Reception is welcoming and quite elaborate - much refurbishment going on downstairs. Bedroom was clean but very tired looking - carpet was old and badly stained. Had to ask for tea and coffee facilities - one said they didn't offer it, then it appeared! Staff were friendly but property was jaded.

The hotel was extremely dated and so many elements of our room was falling apart. The wardrobe sliding door was unhinged, the bathtub door was about to fall, carpet completely stained, no air conditioning or climate control, and no idea how old the bed mattress and pillows are, very uncomfortable.

Das Hotel wurde in den 70ern gebaut, laut Aufzug 1972. es scheint seid dem nichts mehr wirklich renoviert worden zu sein! Auf dem Balkon braucht man eigentlich einen Helm, da der Putz und Eisen von der Decke kommt. Der Teppich auf den Fluren schlägt Wellen, das man bald stolpert. Die Duschkabine hatte einen Riss. Der Duschkopf ist soweit unten angebracht, dass man sich zum Duschen bücken muss…war aber am ersten Tag egal, da es nur kaltes Wasser gab. das Personal ist entweder freundlich oder genervt. Bei Check-Out wird einem ein schöner Tag gewünscht, aber gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war oder ob man einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte Fehlanzeige…die wissen wahrscheinlich schon warum. Also für 270€ zwei Übernachtungen, für 3 Personen mit Frühstück noch viel zu teuer…Aber hey gleiche Leistung in 2 Wochen kosten dann nur schlappe 470€…

Das schlechteste Wyndham Garden in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Zimmer: Superior-Doppelzimmer war total abgewohnt. Matratzen war durchgelegen, Polster der Sitzmöbel total verdreckt. Bad nur oberflächlich gereinigt und die Farbe vom Balkon blätterte überall ab und wurde somit immer ins Zimmer getragen. Auf dem Zimmer Aufsteller mit einem QR-Code der die Gäste-/Hotelinformationen enthielt. Entsprechend dieser Angaben hätte bei Check In eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer sein müssen, dem war jedoch nicht so. Weiterhin wäre danach auch das Parken kostenfrei gewesen während wir 3 Euro pro Nacht zahlten. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war das Beste am Hotel und war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Personal: Bis auf die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Frühstücksraum gibt es hier nichts hervorzuheben. Beim Check-In gab es nicht mal die übliche Anfrage ob man eine gute Anreise hatte, dann war man sich nicht sicher ob die Parkgebühren schon bezahlt wurden oder nicht. Beim Check-Out wurden die von uns beschriebenen Mängel angesprochen und die Dame an der Rezeption legte keinerlei Kundenfreundlichkeit an den Tag. Es wurde sich nicht für den Zustand des Zimmers entschuldigt. Im Gegenteil, man sagte uns wir hätten halt ein teureres Zimmer buchen müssen, diese wären dann auch renoviert. Auf die fehlende Wasserflasche laut Gästeinformation wurde gar nicht eingegangen und die Fehlinformation bzgl. der Parkgebühr muss von der IT geändert werden. Warum hat man das in 4 Monaten noch nicht geschafft ?
