Place was perfect with all the amenities and everything new and clean. Nothing more is needed as they have everything to cook with and in a great West Arvada location close to a nice walking path and close to outdoor hiking locations and Golden. "This property was incredible. The main house has plenty of space, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are two living areas, whereas the downstairs living area was easily converted into a sleeping area for my daughter and baby. In addition to the main house, there was a small cottage. It was a very functional, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a full kitchen. We had a large group so that additional space was wonderful. Behind the cottage was a huge backyard, not typical for any home...

From beautiful Christmas decorations to a fully-stocked kitchen (complete with a kitchen aid mixer!!), plenty of games and activities and great tips on getting the most out of the neighborhood and the season!
