"We really liked the property & would stay here again.The house was in a convenient location to places we wanted to visit, but there was a lot of traffic. Pam, the host, answered very quickly every time I had a question. She checked on us the 1st day to make sure we had everything & then made herself available in case we needed anything else, She let us know the one time she needed to go over during the week so there were no surprises. Rooms were clean. Good closet space. Beds were nice. They were honestly too hard for us (but that is just a personal preference) overall, they were nice beds. Bathrooms were very clean. They had plenty of towels. Ok counter space. They had nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash (if needed). There weren't any vents so you had to open the window when you showered to help with the humidity. Kitchen had a lot of utensils, pots/pans, spices (something a lot of places don't have), & good appliances. The table was a great size for multiple people, & playing games. It got hot while we were there so having AC was a huge plus! (again, not something a lot of places have)We had daily corn hole competitions in the backyard. So fun. There was great seating on the back porch as well as a grill. Foosball table in the basement was a hit.Having a washer/dryer was very nice.The garage was so nice to be able to park in. Very clean and lots of room.Only complaint we had was the upstairs floor was very squeaky in the basement."

"Joe (host) was super easy to work with and always in communication. The pool area was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there! The VRBO has what you need, with a comfy bed and enough space to prep food/drinks and relax. Would stay again!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this Arvada VRBO. Everything was clean. Beds very comfy. Garage/game room great. Didn't get to use the Hot tub because it was very hot in Arvada while we were there (101) but it looked inviting. And a shout out to the BEST stocked and roomy kitchen we've ever had the pleasure of cooking in during our many VRBO excursions!Thank you, Brandon!"

"The house was more than enough in size for our family. Jenna was responsive when I had any questions. The location of the house had a beautiful park right across the street and was within walking distance of restaurants and stores."

"The property had some defects, the pool table was ripped and couldn’t be used , I thought the place would be great for family but r it’s more for younger people to enjoy. Host is great, easy to contact, responsive. The place is very clean. The check in hour is late 4pm and checkout is 10am way too early. Overall the place gets a 7/10 from me."
