"The house was in nice quiet neighborhood. It was clean and it had everything we needed. The communication with the host was easy and timely and they let us check in a few hours early to accommodate an early arrival."

"10/10 no notes. Great space, well appointed, Old Towne Arvada is a very short walk away with great restaurants. Loved that each bedroom had access to its own bathroom. One thing to note for older guests - no bath on main level so lots of stairs up or down. But great main floor open concept to enjoy."

"Host was very easy to work with! He was highly communicative and pleasant. We had a “bump in the road” upon our arrival. Ken was very quick to rectify the situation. He was prompt, respectful, and grateful for our communication. The house is unique due to being an older home. It’s clear there have been many updates over the years. In addition to a nice interior, the yard is absolutely stunning. Our senior pup very much it. If I had one piece of feedback it’d be to update the living room furniture to fit the rest of the house's beauty. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house was AMAZING for our group. We stayed there to attend a wedding. The kids AND the adults had a blast in the game room, and the theater seating was really cool. The hosts were very quick to communicate and respond. We wanted to use the hot tub, but we just didn't have time. There was a missing iron, but after we informed the host, they got it to us quickly, just in time for us to get our wrinkles out of our clothes and get to the wedding. We had everything we needed. We were so thankful that they accepted pets. And what is not in the listing is that there is a really neat apple tree with lots of apples, as we must have gotten there during harvest season. The apples were delicious. We would love to stay there again."

"Place was literally 98% perfect. Close to Golden and Denver. This helped when picking up people from the airport, seeing family, going to Casa Bonita and Coors. Also knew nothing about Arvada, but loved everything they had to offer. Tons of places to eat, grocery stores weren't far and Old Town Arvada was a fun cute area to walk! Only an hour and half from Estes park, so that made for an easy day trip. The place was spacious for all of us and I loved there was enough seating and things to do. A grill and yard games were provided which made for a good family day for us. Also loved there was a garage and enough parking options. My one and only tiny complaint was the beds were not that comfortable. But everything else that house had to offer was worth it. Pam also checked in to make sure everything was going good and that we didn't need anything. She made checkout a breeze."
