"Tian was an awesome Host, great communication pre trip and during our stay. The home was amazing, very clean and decorated!!!! Enjoyed the pool, easy walks to Baby Beach and Rodgers beach. Rum Reef was a great option for dining. Johnson’s grocery was easy to order groceries and fast delivery, great food!!! We will be back???"

"Our experience at this villa was outstanding. The management has gone above and beyond -- not just having the essentials BUT have all the "little" details. The beds made for good sleeping while the pool and pool deck were spacious with upgraded furniture. The palapa was where we spent each sunset. The vistas from the villa are breathe taking. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We almost missed the rest of the island as we really didn't want to leave the property once we got there! They are so helpful with ALL the planning and any arrangements that you might need. We will definitely be back! Thanks for wonderful memories!!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful, but keep in mind that it is not a beachfront resort. You can walk down a path to Baby Beach; however, it tends to be very touristy and is rocky and not a walking beach. Baby Beach is a great place to snorkel. The service was not very good. I think part of that may be because the resort is new and they haven't worked out all of the kinks yet, but overall the customer service was lacking. We had to wait over two hours for our room to be ready, even though we arrived after the 3pm check-in time. The front desk staff repeatedly told us it would be "just 20 more minutes," but each time we checked back, the room was not available. We were told 3 separate times that, due to the inconvenience, something extra special would be waiting in our room. Unfortunately, we never received anything. Our friends who stayed in the Preferred Club had a butler who also acknowledged the issues and offered us a Bali bed for the duration of our stay as compensation. We accepted the offer, only to then be told they were sold out for the week. Due to allergies, we requested foam pillows several times but were never able to get one. As a result, I had to sleep on one of the decorative pillows from the bed because I couldn't use the standard pillows provided. With the exception of the Himitsu and Coco Cafe, the service service was lacking"

"We have nothing but 5 star accolades forThis beautiful home. The host was super accommodating. Property manager,Stephen met us In person which is refreshing. The views from the balcony are nothing short of amazing. If You’re in needOf some chill and unwind time away from the busy hustle bustle of the high rise district of Eagle and Palm Beach…this is your place. Well stocked house and gourmet kitchen for Cooking and enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine! Just a short walk to beach and steps that take you right down onto Rodger’s beach. You can walk all the way to Baby Beach about 1.5 miles. Although people say that Baby Beach is one of top 10 best beaches…I prefer Rodgers Beach,…which is just a few steps away from the house…seems to be a little more low key. I suggest water socks when walking on beach and into sea for more comfort for your feet. You definitely need a rental car when staying down in San Nichols. There are a few good restaurants down in the area. Down on baby Beach there is the Rum Reef bar… fun to get a lunch and cocktail overlooking Baby beach. Also, Kamini’s kitchen is about a 2 mile drive up the road from condo…, you have to try the curry goat. It’s delicious. Also directly next-door there’s a little pizza shop called Pizza Samba, the owner is so friendly, and the pizza is awesome. Have to give it a try. They also sell Gelato.Definitely will be coming back!!! If you need some rest and relaxation this is your spot"

"This was one of the easiest VRBO experiences I have had. First it was very easy to communicate with the hosts. Second the accommodations looked exactly like the pictures. Third, you definitely needed a car, or two. Everything was about 20 minutes away. Finally , we used the chef they recommended and he was excellent. It was a great vacation and when we come back we hope to stay at one of their properties."

"The place was exactly as pictured. The Wi-Fi was spotty and cut out quite often. But my cell phone carrier had reception so it wasn’t a big deal. I was there for a week and on two separate days I killed roaches late at night. There was also one night that I went to watch Netflix (which is included in the rental), and it told me that the account was currently streaming two shows already so I could not. Unfortunately, the TV only has the option for that Wood And, Netflix, and nothing else. No local channels and no other streaming services. Therefore, no TV that night. However, in spite of those issues, the owner (who lives next-door) was really nice. The department was otherwise clean. And there is a separate AC unit in the living room and the bedroom. Which was great to sleep in a cool room at night."
