"The house worked well for 12 men. The only reason for rating good and not excellent was that we were under the impression the pool would be open. Instead, there was a cover over the pool in mid April with temps in the 80’s."

"This hotel was definitely giving motel vibes. The experience was nothing like what was advertised. The elevator wasn’t working, there were roaches, and we couldn’t even find our room because everything was confusing and poorly marked. On top of that, the pool didn’t work either. I was told something completely different before booking, so this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available"
