Holiday house for 7 people in Arriate, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

This wonderful 4-bedroom house is characterized by its spacious and green exterior.

Inside the house, we find 4 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is quite spacious and has a double bed. Two others have two single beds each and the last one has a single bed. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one of them on the second floor. There are 4 complete bathrooms with showers, two of them inside two of the bedrooms. In addition, one of the bathrooms also has a nice bathtub.

The dining room is prepared to receive your entire family. The independent kitchen has everything essential for those who enjoy cooking. Outside, we find a fantastic porch with a barbecue area, where you can organize great evenings. Although without a doubt, the best thing about the house is its large private pool with views of the mountains of Ronda. In addition, the house has a large garden area where you can enjoy nature.

The town of Arriate is a short drive away, and here you can find everything from shops to bars and restaurants.

Très belle et grande propriété bien arboré et fleurie avec grande piscine. Terrasse couverte très agréable pour manger et se reposer à l ombre. La maison est de facture ancienne et à d épais murs ce qui la maintient fraîche. La déco est rustique. La literie est bonne et les sanitaires corrects. Emplacement couvert pour les véhicules. Bon bbq. Bon équipement electro menager avec 2 frigos, 2 lave vaisselle, 2 machines a laver et 1 sechoir, percolateur neuf et machine a capsules, seul bemol le materiel pour cuisiner est un peu basique et pourrait etre etoffe et renouvele. Le village d Arriate est proche et on y trouve tous les commerces. Bonne situation pour visiter Ronda, les villages blancs, Jerez de la Frontera et Cadix. Environnement tranquille. Propriétaires très gentils et à l écoute mais ne parle qu Espagnol, merci google traduction.
