Ladies vacation

This apartment ticks all the boxes. Near to shops, bars and restaurants. It is in a very safe location and has all the amenities you would require. Hoping to return next year.

Alles in Allem gut - aber mit Abstrichen

Das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos. Die Grundsauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber die Klimaanlagen und auch die Badlüfter könnten ebenso eine Reinigung vertragen. Die Gegend und auch das Haus an sich sind sehr hellhörig. Es wird im Hausflur per Aushang zwar um Ruhe gebeten, aber daran gehalten wird sich nicht. Teilweise bis 4 Uhr früh knallen die Türen. Sonntags wird in der nahen Umgebung mit Kreissägen und Bohrern hantiert...Ruhe tritt nie ein...aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts... In der Wohnung selbst sollten die Rollos und Lamellenvorhänge mal repariert werden, diese sind größtenteils defekt und funktionieren kaum noch. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, sollten hier wirklich mal mehr als 4 Personen Urlaub machen, wird es schwierig mit dem Geschirr. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ist über den Hausflur zu erreichen...und diese ist wirklich sehr schön, groß und genau, wie auf den Fotos...hier zu frühstücken, oder zu Abend zu essen ist ein Traum. Also wie im Titel...grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung...aber leider mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Très bon accueil en français, logement propre et idéale pour 4 personnes. Cuisine extérieure très appréciée ( dommage peu d’ustensiles de cuisine) connexion wifi ok (sauf terrasse), très belle piscine partagée. Endroit calme et reposant.

Die Terasse befindet sich nicht direkt in der Wohnung, sondern auf dem Dach des Hauses. Sie ist nur über das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Man darf mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig nicht einschalten, sonst gibts ein Stromausfall in der ganzen Wohnung.
