"Three night stay, we just needed a break, yes, even seniors need a break. Room perfect, breakfast excellent, friendly staff. Very clean. Only suggestion, the pool was just a bit too cool for these seniors, and I can usually swim in any temps, but the pool was really chilly. Would certainly return. Salmon Arm and it’s surrounding areas is a beautiful place for a break. "

"The front desk lady was a young woman with long black hair I can’t quite remember her name but she had the prettiest smile and the BEST customer service, she made sure someone would be there late to check us in and was wonderful to check out with the next morning, she remembered me and made sure to ask how my check in and night went. She also outsourced options for me not having a credit card and was very very friendly about it, not judgmental at all which is a nice change for myself. The guy who checked us in late at night had someone to call to walk him through any computer issues to make check in swift even with complications so they are organized and have back up if the staff need help, over all it was a wonderful experience. The beds were also cozy and that’s number 1 for hotels lol. "

"The view we had from our room of the lake was absolutely FABULOUS!!!! I would highly recommend this place. We loved watching the birds. There is a lovely walkway there."
