"Aseeruddin, the front desk representative, was incredibly helpful during my stay. I was only in the city for two days, and he took the time to plan my entire itinerary. He even wrote everything down on a piece of paper, including which subway lines to take and the best route to cover New York City's major attractions. He is a true gentleman—kind, sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. His guidance made my short trip much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Aseeruddin, for going above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding customer service!"

"The room was okay and cleaned but the parking and the exits are mystery lol. Too many exits, be mindful when you get a room, might be the parking and exit is closer then you think."

"I really liked this hotel. Came to New York for a family gathering. Staff were super friendly and such a fast check-in process. My recommendations are to arrived around 1:30pm so you can have a parking space since there’s only 12 parking spaces. Go for a walk or wait in your car until is time to check in. Me and my husband just walked to McDonald’s to grab something to eat and they let us check in by 2:30pm. No more parking spaces available at that time. So it was great that we parked early. No iron in your room but you can call the front desk and they will bring you one. You do have a nice fridge in your room. I didn’t feel unsafe in that area. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Our Standard King Room in the Putnam Building was clean and comfortable. Also a great pool and gym. The only complaint was Parking and general navigation of the property. The day we checked in they were filming for the Netflix series The Roman. Very cool but there is no other word for it "Chaotic" when we were trying to park. Trucks and road blockages had us driving around and walking back to our room from the front of the property to Putnam where the limited spaces were full in the back where our room was. This happened every night even when they weren't filming hoping to "get lucky" for a space. A bit of a maze if you will with all the buildings. Beautiful Grounds and Mansions. (Biddle and King)"

"The beautiful night view, the spacious and spotless room and bedroom, and the friendly staff made everything about our stay wonderful. It rained heavily throughout the night, and I fell asleep thinking the sound was the rain, which made the atmosphere feel even more charming. The next morning, I realized it wasn’t the rain at all—it was actually the air conditioner! I couldn’t help but laugh. The only thing I missed was having a bathrobe in the room."
