"Really lovely Hotel and Pub. Very accommodating to guests staying at the Hotel, to find them a table for dinner or just a couple of drinks. Dog friendly on non-carpet areas, which is the majority of the pub. All staff really Friendly. The bed was a little hard, but I think that comes down to personal preference. Would recommend and we would stay again!"

"What a lovely hotel and stones throw from the famous blacksmiths shop and gift shop. Great service, lovely food. Lots of happy couples enjoying their special days. Yes loads of weddings. It's Gretna what do you expect. "

"We loved our time at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a medical issue and needed help, the receptionist couldn’t have been more sympathetic and helpful, thank you! Great parking facility. Supermarket 5 minutes walk if needed Room was lovely, everything we needed. Easy to find location wise and not too far from city centre .Breakfasts were excellent.. best of all our hotels so far. Lovely pub right across the road, great for dinner or a few drinks. Thoroughly recommend this hotel."
