"The villa is really spacious for a family of 15. The pictures are an accurate representation , the bunk bed rooms were a good hit with our younger kids (7-11) . Although could fit adults with ease. The communication was fabulous with Olivia and Martin , the pool lady was also really helpful ! The house was very clean and you can walk to everything nearby . We didn’t rent a car and got a taxi through bolt to aqua land and the algarve shopping centre. The resort was super friendly and recommendations were provided for food which was great . For awareness you have to pay extra for the pool to be heated and the jacuzzi to be turned on , which I didn’t know before arrival . Payments were quickly made and everything was turned on the following day with ease . I would recommend the villa and the algarve villa company that run it , I would book through them again ."

"Great property with very spacious rooms, we only had our small family but easily accommodate the listed 8 it states and would be comfortable. The agent answered any questions we had during our stay almost immediately and we had no issues. Brilliant location for shops and beach and we’re already looking at future availability dates for our return."

Luxury Villa w/ Jacuzzi and Heatable Pool

"A fantastic stay! 6 adults and 7 teenagers. lots of room for everyone including en-suites in most rooms. 4 bedrooms led out to 2 terraces which were perfect to enjoy the peace! The villa was clean and well equipped. The layout is great with outside area leading from lounge area. The pool was a great size and clean, and a sun bed for everyone! Due to there being lots of us we needed it cleaning during our stay. They were quick to respond to that request and anything else we needed. You just WhatsApp or email them. The area is lovely. Mostly quiet. On a Thursday you hear a little noise from a local hotel but all quiet by 11pm latest. There are shops within easy walking distance for groceries. Lidl is just 5 mins walk, get there early for pastries and an uber home for 5 euros with a big shop. Water is drinkable from the taps and one of the two fridges In the villa has water and ice. There are several local beach bars and restaurants within 10 min walk. These were def our favourite places to eat but you will need to make a reservation with a big group. Lots of fresh fish, friendly relaxed atmospheres and plenty of cocktails. Families were welcome. The town is busy and buzzy from 9pm but quiet before then. There aren’t lots of bars mostly restaurants and cafes but albufeira was just a 20min uber and we had great fun in the old town with all the teenagers! The transfers they arranged were great. Slide and splash fab. Boat cave trip beautiful. We loved it! Would def go back "

"Our stay at Villa Santa Rosa exceeded all expectations. The spacious layout of the villa is perfect for hosting a massive group without ever feeling crowded. The highlight for us was definitely the exterior, which has been beautifully updated, providing an amazing atmosphere for barbecues and outdoor dining. The addition of the portable speaker was great for creating a relaxing mood by the heated pool. Inside, the living areas are huge and the entertainment options, like the Bose sound system and various board games, made our evenings very special."

"We stayed at Villa Albert with a large group of friends and had a fantastic time. The villa offered plenty of space and privacy, while the shared areas were perfect for spending time together. The pool, BBQ area and games room were enjoyed by everyone."
