"Villa muito agradável. Suites com áreas ótimas e com uma limpeza irrepreensível. Lençóis e toalhas muito limpos e a cheirar bem.A área exterior do jardim é grande e bem cuidada. Tem um jacuzzi maravilhoso e uma piscina limpa e com uma água verdadeiramente aquecida, parecia um caldo.Na cave a sala de jogos é muito grande e tem várias opções de entretenimento.A anfitriã Andrea foi uma querida durante toda a nossa estadia e disponível para qualquer ajuda que fosse necessária.Aconselho vivamente esta Villa para um grupo até 10pax, que era o nosso caso, já que tem todas as condições para proporcionar umas excelentes Férias!Sem dúvida alguma uma Villa a repetir.Tudo 5 estrelas."

Luxury Villa w/ Jacuzzi and Heatable Pool

"A fantastic stay! 6 adults and 7 teenagers. lots of room for everyone including en-suites in most rooms. 4 bedrooms led out to 2 terraces which were perfect to enjoy the peace! The villa was clean and well equipped. The layout is great with outside area leading from lounge area. The pool was a great size and clean, and a sun bed for everyone! Due to there being lots of us we needed it cleaning during our stay. They were quick to respond to that request and anything else we needed. You just WhatsApp or email them. The area is lovely. Mostly quiet. On a Thursday you hear a little noise from a local hotel but all quiet by 11pm latest. There are shops within easy walking distance for groceries. Lidl is just 5 mins walk, get there early for pastries and an uber home for 5 euros with a big shop. Water is drinkable from the taps and one of the two fridges In the villa has water and ice. There are several local beach bars and restaurants within 10 min walk. These were def our favourite places to eat but you will need to make a reservation with a big group. Lots of fresh fish, friendly relaxed atmospheres and plenty of cocktails. Families were welcome. The town is busy and buzzy from 9pm but quiet before then. There aren’t lots of bars mostly restaurants and cafes but albufeira was just a 20min uber and we had great fun in the old town with all the teenagers! The transfers they arranged were great. Slide and splash fab. Boat cave trip beautiful. We loved it! Would def go back "

"Our stay at Villa Santa Rosa exceeded all expectations. The spacious layout of the villa is perfect for hosting a massive group without ever feeling crowded. The highlight for us was definitely the exterior, which has been beautifully updated, providing an amazing atmosphere for barbecues and outdoor dining. The addition of the portable speaker was great for creating a relaxing mood by the heated pool. Inside, the living areas are huge and the entertainment options, like the Bose sound system and various board games, made our evenings very special."

"The Villa was well maintained with beautiful grounds and clean pool. Interior was well maintained, clean and in the modern European style with amenities as described. Location is central to local activities, but a rental car is required. Very relaxing and quiet. We would highly recommend for a future stay. Be prepared, not to receive entry information before specific time posted, requiring WIFI. This lack of information on entry posed a problem for us as we were unfamiliar with where we could access WIFI being our first trip in this area."
