"These pictures do not do this amazing home justice. Newer furnishings, comfortable beds, a stocked pantry, clean bathrooms, and the heated pool were amazing! Plus, a book full of valuable information about the surrounding area. These hosts are not only gracious but also very accommodating. I will easily come back to this home next time I am in the area."

"Upon our arrival, we encountered significant difficulties with the check-in process. We did not receive any check-in information or communication from Casago before our stay. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful; the phone number provided was disconnected, and a text sent through the app went unread. On the day we arrived, we spent 49 minutes on the phone with VRBO trying to resolve the situation. Finally, we received our information for the house, and, of course, the provided entry code did not work, so we had to reach out again to obtain a new one.Once inside the house, we found laundry left in the washer. The pool was dirty, and the filter was not running. The outdoor shower was filled with debris and was broken, and the backyard was in disarray. Charcoal was scattered around, and dirty socks were found in the cooler.Inside the house, wet towels had been left in the dryer for an extended period and needed to be rewashed. The return vents were covered in dust, and the sheets also required washing. The ice maker was not functioning. To address these issues, we went to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and began cleaning the property ourselves.Management was made aware of these concerns. Someone contacted us late in the evening, offering to clean the house, but by then, we had already taken care of most of the cleaning ourselves. "

"This property was well-located in a nice housing development with a great house layout. It would work well for 2 couples or a family. The decor was very attractive and the kitchen was well-equipped. It worked well for a work-remote/vacation and we had a terrific 2-week stay!"

"The first day checking in. No hot water, no local tv, shower was broken, the grill was old dirty and would not ignite,The A/C did not work. The owner had to replace the heating and A/C unit while we were there. No A/C for several days in 100 degree heat in AZ. The furniture in the living room was marginal for comfort. The chair in the office area was old and falling apart with wires sticking out of the arm rest. The copier did not work. This all should have been checked and taken care of before this home was rented out. We have rented over eight years in this area and have never had any issues before this year. In my opinion the company Elite Vacation Rentals did not do an adequate job in checking to make sure this home was suitable to rent. I have used VRBO in Florida, Hilton Head and several other locations and never experienced a problem. Based on this last experience I would never go through Elite Vacation Rentals in the future. The comment to me was that all this was a minor inconvenience. "

"The house layout was perfect for our group of 6 and the pool was fantastic as it was very hot. The neighborhood was nice for walks with a park right behind the house and really quiet. The host was responsive for any needs. We had a great experience."
