"Love going to the rivoli APTS, it has improved since our last visit, but the one thing that still is a problem & happened every day towels on sunbeds at 8am with nobody on them & never inforcing the 9am rule ,we even saw the life guard walk past them & did nothing,by the end of our week more& more people were doing it because it wasn't enforced, , also they now ask you to ware wrist bands,so they know you are a rivoli guest , again this is not enforced, so dont bother with it ,as a hell of a lot of people around the pool DIDN'T have them on,,,,, Why bring these rules in when there never enforced???????????"

"We have enjoyed relatively good stay. What were disadvantages - address is not written in full in property description. If you are not lucky as we was and get a taxi from airport (the driver was in his late 60s, to early 70s, so expected to be familiar with the area, or at least knows how to use his phone for directions) but he was none of this. The driver kept giving voice instruction to his mobile with name of the street and Mogan, so we got on the way to Mogan, and had to go around and around, the driver was asking his colleagues how to get to Palmera and finally the third one gave him right instructions. We did try to help, but unfortunately the driver did not speak and did not understand English, so we ended up paying more money for taxi. If the hotel management will read this message, please do add to address Patalavaca, before Mogan. Second disadvantage was the hot water, it is 25l boiler, and if you are more than 2 you should wait at least 20 min after one taking shower to be able to rely on hot water. Staying at deluxe flat with pool access could be both - advantage and disadvantage, depends on what type of neighbours you will get - some can be very noisy, sitting on the pool stairs just in front of the living area door, swimming and playing in the pool after 8PM."
