"The pull out bed was not comfy, there was literally no padding and no extra blankets or sheets provided for it. “Continental breakfast”- eggs and waffles."

"Clean room. Nice breakfast options. It’s usually quiet but this time we had some pretty noisy neighbors at 3 AM— not the hotel’s fault."

"Every single person was super friendly and happy to answer any questions I had even as simple as recommendations for dinner, uber etc!!"

"Great place"

"Room was filthy. Toothpaste all over in the bathroom, shower not cleaned, carpet not vacuumed. Sheets were definitely not changed. Way overpriced."

"Very clean and friendly service. Well maintained hallways/bathrooms/kitchen areas."

"Joseph (General Manager) & Lucky were amazing. Their customers service went above and beyond."

"I loved having a kitchen in room and access to the pool, gym, and breakfast. I thought the breakfast was top tier for a hotel and the happy hour was amazing as well. The staff were all really friendly as well. We will be coming back to the area again and will definitely book this hotel."

"Very nice at the front desk and clean rooms!"

"Really pleasant stay. Will definitely return"

"Newer property in good shape. Good size rooms. However, staff wasn’t real helpful. There were a number of kids in the hotel for a hockey tournament and they were out of control running around, playing hockey in the hallway, overrunning the pool, with their parents playing loud music late at night . Staff seemed completely uninterested in dealing with the issue. I won’t book here anymore, it was pretty bush league."

"The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison."
