"We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. The location is fantastic, and one of the things we always look for in a property… restaurants, bars, markets all...

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

"Close to train station and amenities. Apartment was clean and the girl who met us with the keys was lovely and patient as our flight was an hour late. She explained everything in the apartment. There were a few maintenance issues in the apartment when we arrived and somebody came to fix these the following day. There were a few other little things like the kitchen tap was loose and the shower head leaked which are small things but repairing them would make a difference. "

"Der Zustand des Appartements war fürchterlich. Alles alt,der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Schlafcouch unter aller würde, von Matratze nichts zu sehen,nur lattenrost zu spüren. Sauberkeit gibt es in diesem Appartement leider nicht. Für den zustand war es sehr teuer,da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kommunikation in Ordnung. "

"We loved the location of the apartment! It's a decent walk away from the touristy area of the Quadrilatero, and felt like we were truly living amongst the locals. Some things to note are that the space is pretty small compared to what we imagined from the images that were posted. The only space to completely unfold most small to medium sized suitcases is in the living room space just as you enter the room."

"I was there for a tradeshows at the Bologna Fiere. This accommodation is a short drive away, and an easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants as well. It is perfectly situated. The only downside is no parking onsite, but there is a public parking ($$) about 5 minute walk away. This apartment is newly renovated and in good standing. Nothing but praise for this place. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was fast and easy when needed."

"I expected to have booked a hotel. Without an Italian SIM card it was impossible to communicate. The instructions to find the key lockbox were very strange. Without the help of a local resident it would have been impossible to gain access. We wasted hours of valuable vacation time. It was very stressful until we finally were able to enter. "

"Very spacious, great location close to centre and good restaurants nearby. It's quite a lively area and was a bit noisy at night but things were quiet by 11.00pm. had a great stay."

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
