"This is an elegant property with excellent service. You feel special from the moment you walk in until you leave. It is beautiful everywhere you look. The bed is so comfortable, the shower is great with lots of water pressure. The tub is large enough for a tall man. Breakfast is beautifully presented and prepared with many choices. Quiet, comfortable, within walking distance to Centro, excellent restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful lobby sipping a cocktail and enjoying the ambiance. Lovely outdoor patio and pretty grounds. We had a delightful stay. Highly recommended."

"The room is clean and the location is super convenient. The breakfast had lots to offer and was brilliant. Depending on the price though, I’ll definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, the number of the staff is very limited. There’s no kettle in the room and it’s always a long wait for someone to be free to tend to the hotel bar for a drink or hot water. The water pressure was very weak. It’s ok to take shower, but to fill a bath tub, it took 25 mins. There are many drug addicts lurking around near station and nearby Porta Galliera, so maybe a bit scary for little children, but it never posed as a problem for us. "
