The room was lovely, and the view from the balcony over the lake was wonderful to wake up to each morning! Breakfast was delicious- loads of choice and all the food was very tasty. Staff were always very professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again.

Excellent location, host, villa, and spectacular grounds. The pictures do not do it justice. Quaint town walkable distance from Villa. We rented a car and found it helpful to get to Menaggio, then ferried to Bellagio. We would stay here again and again!
