"El hotel esta en excelente localizacion y a la vez a pasos de la Plaza del Sol sin lo ocupado de esa area. Muy limpio, comodo y su desayuno es excelente, pero no tienen plancha en los cuartos ni tienen para prestar lo que obliga a utilizar el servicio de laundry por un costo adicional. Si es como yo, que le gusta tener su ropa planchada, lleve su plancha de viajero o pagar para que la planchen. Este servicio es muy bueno tambien. Sino necesita su ropa planchada, este es el hotel ideal."

"Hotel is close to Antocha train station and made it easy to connect after we arrived. It also has a taxi stop close by if you’re heading to Barajas airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area around hotel has several restaurants and fun vibe."

"Incredibly satisfied with our stay at Urban Hive. Isabella at the front desk was so amazing, so accommodating, helpful, and just a wonderful person. The location was great, a couple blocks from Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, San Miguel market, and other major sites. The room was super clean and well equipped. Our balcony view was beautiful. Did not use the downstairs bar/restaurant but it looked very cool. Would definitely stay again if back in Madrid."
