The biggest problem was dirty towels with black spots, which looked like it fell on the floor. Midsize towels were almost clean, but two big towels had a significant dirt. "The accommodation is perfect. Every bedroom is a good size, each has a TV with Netflix, and all proper double beds. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the welcome package contained really useful and sensible things like spaghetti and passatta, wine amongst other things. Definitely the most thought through and generous welcome hamper/ package I have experienced. The living area is perfect, with a big table, comfy couch and TV with PS4 which has decent games with it if the kids need down time....
